Dear Sanabel Marketing Limited Customers
The following Terms of Service (“TOS”) are a legal agreement between you or the employer or other entity on whose behalf you are entering into this agreement (“you” or “Customer”) and Sanabel Marketing Limited (as defined in Part V Section 24 below), governing your rights and obligations for any Content licensed by you.
Please examine this TOS every time you acquire a Content license. Sanabel Marketing Limited has the right to amend the TOS at any moment and at its sole discretion. Before such changes take effect, Sanabel Marketing Limited will take reasonable measures to notify you. Such notification may be sent by email to the email address connected with your Sanabel Marketing Limited account, an announcement on this website, your login page, or another method. Modifications to this TOS will only affect future purchases (including automatic renewals). By licensing Content after such updates, you agree to be governed by the modified TOS. This is a single-seat license that enables one natural person to license, download, and use the material. Unless you upgrade to a “team”
IF YOU PURCHASE A “TEAM SUBSCRIPTION,” YOUR RIGHT TO LICENSE, DOWNLOAD, AND USE CONTENT IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF USERS ALLOWED BY THAT TEAM SUBSCRIPTION. Sanabel Marketing Limited’S “PREMIER PLATFORM” GIVES UNLIMITED USERS ACCESS AND USE RIGHTS, AMONG OTHER RIGHTS.
IF YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO A Sanabel Marketing Limited SERVICE, THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO THE SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE TERMS. If a user is acting in an employment capacity, the employer is deemed the licensee for this license.
- “Content” refers to all material available for licensing on the Sanabel Marketing Limited website, such as photos, videos, editorials, and music (as defined above).
- “Video” refers to any moving images, animations, films, videos, or other audio/visual representations, video elements, visual effects elements, templates, graphics packs, and motion design projects, excluding still images, captured in any format (previously known as “Footage” in the TOS).
- “Image(s)” include still images, vectors, sketches, graphics, and the like.
- “Music” refers to any musical compositions, master recordings, and other recordings that include sounds or a series of sounds in whatever format that is now known or will be produced in the future.
- “Editorial” refers to the still images and films that show under the Editorial tab/section.
- “Visual Content” encompasses editorial, images, and video.
PART I: VISUAL CONTENT LICENSES
- Sanabel Marketing Limited hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, alter (unless as explicitly forbidden below), and reproduce Visual Content worldwide in perpetuity, under the appropriate license and subject to the limitations set out herein:
1.Image Licenses
    1.A standard image license allows you to use images:
- As a digital reproduction, including on websites, in online advertising, social media, mobile advertising, mobile “apps”, software, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.), email marketing, and online media (including video-sharing services such as YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, etc., subject to the budget limitations outlined in sub-section I.a.i.4 below).
- Printed in physical form as part of product packaging and labeling, letterhead and business cards, point-of-sale advertising, CD and DVD cover art, or advertising and content for tangible media such as periodicals, newspapers, and books, as long as no picture is copied more than 500,000 times in total.
- As part of an “Out-of-Home” advertising campaign that includes billboards and street furniture, as long as the target audience is fewer than 500,000 gross impressions.
- Incorporated into film, video, television series, advertising, or other audiovisual productions for dissemination in any media presently known or hereafter developed, regardless of audience size, as long as the production budget does not exceed USD$10,000.
- Personal, non-commercial usage only. No sales, download, distribution, or commercial use is authorized.
2.AN.ENHANCED IMAGE LICENSE. permits you to use images (in addition   to 1-5 above and unique to Enhanced Image Licenses):
- The Standard Image License provides for an infinite number of copies, impressions, and budgets.
- Incorporated into merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution (collectively “Merchandise”), including but not limited to textiles, artwork, magnets, wall art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution, as long as such Merchandise contains material creative or functional elements other than the Image(s).
- Wall art (without extra creative or functional components) for decorative reasons in a business setting owned by you or your client, but not for sale.
- Incorporated as part of digital templates for sale or distribution.
3.Video Licenses
- A typical video usage license enables you to utilize video:
- in a multi-media production displayed or distributed via the web, on social media, using so-called “Apps” or as otherwise disseminated in accordance herewith (see restrictions for distribution limitations), provided the audience for such production does not exceed 500,000, it being understood that the use of Video in a multi-media production distributed via broadcast, cable network, OTT video service, or in theaters is expressly prohibited under this license, regardless
- For live performances before an audience of somewhat more than 500,000 people.
- On websites.
- An enhanced video usage license offers you permission to utilize video.
- in a multi-media production shown or transmitted on the web, on social media, or via so-called “Apps,” and specifically includes the right to distribute via broadcast, cable network, OTT video service, or in theaters, with no audience size limitations.
- in combination with a live performance, with no maximum crowd size.
- In Digital Templates for Resale, for up to (but no more than) 1,000 licenses to such digital templates.
- On websites.
- A VIDEO COMP LICENSE allows you to use watermarked, low-quality video (the “Comp Video”) only in test, sample, comp, or rough cut evaluation materials. Video Comp Licenses limit you from publicly showing or distributing such videos, as well as combining them into final works. You may alter the Comp Video, but you cannot remove or replace the Sanabel Marketing Limited watermark. Comp Video is licensed under the Video Use License at the time of download, however, Sanabel Marketing Limited makes no assurances and accepts no responsibility for ensuring that Comp Video is available for licensing at any time afterward.
 4.EDITORIAL LICENSE
- AN EDITORIAL LICENSE grants you the right to make one editorial use of an item of Editorial material, which may be disseminated internationally in perpetuity.
- A “single-use” under this license permits you to use Editorial material once in a single context (e.g., a news article, blog post, or newspaper page), as long as you have the right to disseminate that use in context across an infinite number of media and channels. For example, editorial material may be used to illustrate a printed piece and then reused on a blog, social media, and other platforms, as long as it is contextually related to the original printed item. Any use that is not in conjunction with the original printed material needs an additional license.
- For this license, an “editorial use” is defined as a descriptive use in a context that is newsworthy or of human interest, whereas commercial uses such as advertising or merchandising are expressly prohibited.
- Any use of Editorial Content licensed hereunder is also subject to the express restrictions outlined in Part I, Section 4 (prohibiting any use distributed via broadcast/cable/OTT, on publication covers, or in print runs exceeding 500,000), as well as any “special restrictions” (e.g., geographical or industry-specific usage restrictions), indicated on the image detail page and/or in the metadata attached to an item of Editorial Content.
- For this TOS, all Editorial material is considered “Editorial Use Only”.
- Not all Editorial material is available for licensing on the Sanabel Marketing Limited website, nor may it be available with all memberships. You acknowledge that the Editorial material available for a license may change at any moment, and you waive your right to demand the licensing of any particular piece of Editorial content.
   5.Restrictions on the use of visual content
YOU MAY NOT
- Use Visual Content unless as specifically authorized under the license you obtained for such Visual Content.
- Portray any person portrayed in Visual Content (a “Model”) in a manner that a reasonable person would find offensive, such as showing a Model about pornography, “adult videos,” adult entertainment venues, escort services, dating services, or the like. b) about tobacco product ads or promotions. c) in a political context, such as supporting, advertising, or endorsing a party, candidate, or elected official, or in connection with any political program or position. d) as having a medical or mental ailment and taking medicine to treat it. or e) engaged in immoral or unlawful conduct.
Use Visual Content in a pornographic, defamatory, or misleading context, or in a manner that might be deemed libelous, obscene, or illegal.
- Modify Visual Content tagged “Editorial Use Only” in a manner that changes the context of what is shown.
- Use Visual Content designated “Editorial Use Only” (including but not limited to Editorial content) for commercial purposes, such as reference, in advertising, commerce, or other non-editorial situations.
- Except as specifically specified below, no Visual Content may be resold, redistributed, made publicly accessible, shared, or transferred. For example, and without limitation, the above prohibits uploading material as part of a “gallery” of material that other parties may explore and choose.
- Use Visual Content in a manner that infringes on third-party trademarks or intellectual property, or that may result in misleading advertising or unfair competition allegations.
- Use any Visual Content (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other form of identification, or as a component thereof.
- Falsely claim, directly or by fair inference, that any Visual Content was produced by you or someone other than the Visual Content’s copyright holder(s).
- RESTRICTIONS SPECIFIC TO VIDEO
- Use “stills” from videos only for in-context marketing, promotion, and advertising of your video-based derivative creations.
- RESTRICTIONS FOR EDITORIAL
Use any Editorial content in a multi-media production that is delivered by broadcast, cable network, OTT video service (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon), or in theaters, as well as associated promotional materials.
- Any editorial text on a publication’s cover, jacket, or other packaging that is relevant to its intended use.
- Use any editorial material in a publication with a print run of over 500,000 copies.
- CREDIT AND COPYRIGHT NOTICES
- Images and videos used in news reporting, commentary, publication, or any other “editorial” context must be accompanied by attribution to the Sanabel Marketing Limited contributor and to Sanabel Marketing Limited in essentially the following form:

- Editorial credits will take the following form:
“Name Of Artist / Agency / Sanabel Marketing Limited”
- If and where financially justified, the use of photos or video in commerce or audio-visual creations must be accompanied by a credit to Sanabel Marketing Limited in roughly the following form:
“Image(S) Or Video (As Applicable), Used Under License From LEARNONLINGCC.Com”
- Credit attributions are not needed for any other use of video or images unless another stock material supplier is credited for the same purpose. To maintain clarity, journalistic material must always include credit.
- In all cases, the credit and attribution must be large, colorful, and prominent enough for the naked eye to see.
PART II: MUSIC LICENSES
- For Part II of this TOS, the terminology below shall have the following definitions:
- “Advertising” is defined as a production of little more than three minutes in length that conveys an explicitly sponsored, non-personal message to promote or sell a product or service.
- The term “Entertainment Production” refers to a non-advertising production intended for entertainment reasons.
- &ldquo.DVD&rdquo. means any tangible media, now or hereafter devised, including but not limited to DVDs and Blu-ray discs, on which the Production is recorded and can be accessed using a DVD or Blu-ray player or other hardware capable of playing such tangible device.
- “Production” means (i) one (1) audio-visual undertaking in which licensed music is timed with moving or stationary visuals. or (ii) one (1) audio-only project in which Licensed Music is synced to narration in the context of a podcast episode, radio documentary, or radio commercial (or any other legal use, including “cut down” versions).
- “Personal Use” refers to a Production distributed via a Video Sharing Platform for which no more than USD$4,999 has been spent (in total) on promoting, advertising, and/or marketing the Production.
- “.PRO-free Music” refers to licensed music that bears the “.PRO-free” label.
- “Websites” refers to all online usage (accessed via a web browser rather than an application), except Social Media Platforms (and similar or related platforms not specifically listed herein) and Video Sharing Platforms.
- “Social Media Platforms” include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, and any other platforms that Sanabel Marketing Limited chooses in its sole and absolute discretion.
- &ldquo.Television&rdquo. denotes linear television content provided by broadcast, satellite, so-called “IPTV,” and/or cable television, but expressly excludes OTT video services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, Apple+, and similar services).
- “Video Sharing Platform.” means YouTube (youtube.com), Vimeo (www.vimeo.com), and any other web-based video-sharing platforms that Sanabel Marketing Limited chooses in its full and absolute discretion.
- The word “Pilot” refers to a production that is no longer than 44 minutes and acts as the first episode of a potential series.
- “Public Broadcaster” refers to a broadcast television operation that is largely funded by the government and/or viewer support and is not for profit, such as PBS in the US.
- “Podcast Distribution Platform” refers to any online platform that allows podcasts to be viewed, streamed, or downloaded.
- “Student Project” refers to any non-commercial production or other permitted use herein (excluding advertising) carried out by a student as part of a course of study at a recognized educational institution.
- “Theatrical Use” refers to showings in commercial theaters.
   2. Music Licenses
Sanabel Marketing Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to synchronize Licensed Music in a Production, which Production may be distributed globally in perpetuity, under the license you purchase (from one of the two license types listed below), and subject to the restrictions outlined in Part II Section 3 hereof:
- STANDARD MUSIC LICENSE: A “Standard Music License” provides the following rights and entitlements (all rights and entitlements stated in the Enhanced License are expressly excluded from the Standard Music License):
- the non-exclusive right to synchronize Licensed Music in temporal connection   with a Production disseminated, made accessible, or hosted through:
- Websites.
- Social media platforms.
- Video-sharing sites are exclusively for personal use.
- Podcast distribution platforms are solely relevant to audio-only podcasts.
- Theatrical usage is restricted to student projects.
- the non-exclusive right to reproduce and perform Licensed Music in and in conjunction with plays and other live performances, but solely in the context of Student Projects.
- ENHANCED MUSIC LICENSE: An “Enhanced Music License” provides you with the same rights as a Standard Music License, plus the non-exclusive ability to synchronize Licensed Music in a temporal connection with a Production, including all forms of advertising, transmitted via
- Television in a single nation provided that each entertainment output distributed via television is restricted to a pilot episode. or something that is commissioned by and only accessible via a public broadcaster.
- Radio broadcast in a given nation.
- Physical places of sale, trade exhibits, in-store displays, and industrial events held inside a single nation are all permitted.
- DVD, but no more than 1000 copies. Computer software programs, including mobile apps and video games, have a total copy or download restriction of 1000.
- A COMP MUSIC LICENSE permits you to use watermarked music solely in test, sample, comp, or rough cut evaluation materials for a production. The Comp Music License expressly prohibits the public dissemination of Music and its integration into any final works. You are not authorized to remove or modify the Sanabel Marketing Limited watermark from Music under any circumstances.
3. LIMITATIONS ON MUSIC USE.
YOU MAY NOT
- Sub-license, resell, rent, lend, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer or distribute the Licensed Music or the right to use it independently from the Production (as permitted by your agreement).
- Except as mentioned below, you may not resell, distribute, share, or transfer any licensed music.
- .Manufacture, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit “records”, CDs, mp3s, or any other audio product comprising only sound and including Licensed Music, except an audio-only Production specifically listed in the definition of “Production” above. For this subsection, “records” refers to any sort of sound-only reproduction, whether presently known or developed, made or distributed principally for home, school, or jukebox use.
- Use the Licensed Music with anything that is pornographic, defamatory, libelous, obscene, immoral, illegal, or violates the rights of a third party.
While transporting, transferring, or exporting music into any nation, you may violate export laws, bans, or regulations.
Licensed music may be used, sold, sublicensed, reproduced, disseminated, exhibited, or included in production library material or digital downloads. It may also appear in other stock items, libraries, or collections.
- You may not remix, mashup, or otherwise modify the Licensed Music, except for basic editing (e.g., establishing start/stop points, defining fade-in/fade-out points) in conjunction with the exercise of the license granted under this agreement.
- Use Licensed Music in an audio-only project where music is the primary content.
- Except for the PRO-free Music, you are responsible for acquiring any public performance licenses required in connection with your use of the Licensed Music as allowed by this TOS at your own cost. Notwithstanding anything else stated in this TOS, (a) If the laws of any jurisdiction require that, to avoid infringement or violation of any third-party rights, licenses be obtained from collection societies or similar entities for or in connection with activities otherwise authorized by this TOS, you are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for such licenses. (a) This agreement does not include any so-called “moral rights” or similar rights.
- Regardless of the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, and in respect of the PRO-free Music, you acknowledge and agree that nothing herein prohibits Sanabel Marketing Limited from claiming a share of any so-called “black box” funds or any funds paid, or payable, by any collection society or otherwise by way of general distribution on a country-by-country basis. Furthermore, if any PRO-free Music is publicly performed (or made available for performance) by any entity engaged in the exhibition or other transmission of programming (each a “Downstream Distributor”), and such exhibition results in the payment of fees or royalties to a performing rights organization in any jurisdiction, nothing in this section shall be construed to preclude such payment. - You may distribute Productions, including Music, via third-party “user-generated” content distribution platforms (such as YouTube) (each a “UGC Platform”). You cannot claim ownership of the Music or register it with any UGC Platform, even if it is synchronized with your work. If you become aware that a third party claims ownership rights to any Music, you undertake to promptly inform Sanabel Marketing Limited of such claims.
- When using the music in a production that requires copyright attribution, you must offer credit in the following format:
“‘[Music Title]’ Performed By [Artist], Used Under License From Sanabel Marketing Limited” PART III: WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
- Sanabel Marketing Limited certifies and represents that:
   Sanabel Marketing Limited contributors have supplied all essential rights in and to the Content to provide the rights specified in Part I or Part II, as applicable.
- Video and photos, in their original, unmodified form and utilized in full compliance with these TOS and relevant law, will not: i) violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. ii) violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party. iii) violate any United States law, statute, ordinance, or regulation. iv) be defamatory, libelous, pornographic, or obscene.
- Editorial material in its original, unaltered form, used in full compliance with these TOS and relevant laws, will not infringe on a third party’s copyright; nevertheless, this assurance does not extend to items presented in the Editorial content.
- While Sanabel Marketing Limited takes commercially reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of keywords and descriptions, as well as the integrity of “Editorial Use Only” Visual Content, Sanabel Marketing Limited MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY: I) KEYWORDS, TITLES, OR DESCRIPTIONS; OR II) AUDIO IN VIDEO. To be clear, Sanabel Marketing Limited will not indemnify or be liable for any claims resulting from erroneous keywords, titles, or descriptions, or any audio in the Video.
- Sanabel Marketing Limited MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS “WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS” SECTION.
PART IV: INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY
- Subject to the conditions hereof, and provided that you have not violated the terms of this or any other agreement with Sanabel Marketing Limited, Sanabel Marketing Limited will defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless up to the relevant “Limit of Liability” set out below. Such indemnification is solely limited to Customer’s direct damages arising from a third-party claim directly attributable to Sanabel Marketing Limited’s breach of the express warranties and representations made in Part III of this agreement, together with associated expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees). Indemnification is contingent on you alerting Sanabel Marketing Limited, in writing, of any such claim or threatened claim no later than five (5) business days from the day you know or reasonably should have known of it. Such notice must include all facts about the claim that you were aware of at the time (for example, the use of the Content in question, the name and contact information of the person or organization making the claim, and copies of any correspondence received and/or transmitted in connection with the claim). The notice should be sent to Sanabel Marketing Limited at info@Learn OnlineGCC.com, with a paper copy sent to Sanabel Marketing Limited, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Attention: General Counsel, by certified mail, return receipt requested; or ii) overnight courier, recipient’s signature needed. Sanabel Marketing Limited shall have the right to handle, settle, or defend any claim or lawsuit to which this indemnity relates. You agree to assist Sanabel Marketing Limited in the defense of any such claim and reserve the right to engage in any lawsuit at your own cost. You acknowledge that Sanabel Marketing Limited is not responsible for any legal expenses and/or other costs paid by you or on your behalf until Sanabel Marketing Limited has had a fair chance to investigate the validity of such claim.
- Sanabel Marketing Limited is not responsible for any damages, expenses, or losses incurred as a consequence of changes made to the Content or the context in which you use the Content.
- Limitations of Liability:Sanabel Marketing Limited’s entire maximum aggregate duty and liability (the “Limit of Liability”) deriving from each of the following Customers:Standard image licenses cost USD $10,000, while enhanced image licenses cost USD $250,000. Standard and enhanced video use licenses cost USD $10,000.
- Editorial licenses cost USD $25,000.
- Standard or Enhanced Music Licenses are restricted to the price you paid for the associated Music asset.
- You undertake to indemnify and hold Sanabel Marketing Limited, its officers, employees, shareholders, directors, managers, members, and suppliers blameless for any damages or liabilities arising from any use of the Visual Content other than those expressly approved by this TOS. You agree to indemnify Learn Online for any charges and expenses incurred if you break any of the terms of this or any other agreement with Sanabel Marketing Limited.
PART V: ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Except as required by law, Sanabel Marketing Limited is not obligated to provide refunds under any circumstances. All costs are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the subscription ends. You allow Learn Online to bill you all subscription costs for the period selected at the time of purchase. If Sanabel Marketing Limited determines that you are eligible for a refund of all or a part of the fees you paid, the refund will be issued using the payment method you used to make your purchase.
- When your membership plan expires, it will be automatically renewed on the same conditions as when you bought it. You may turn off automatic renewal in your account settings at any time before the renewal date. You fully allow Sanabel Marketing Limited to charge you for each automatic renewal until you turn off automatic renewal.
- Sanabel Marketing Limited’s fees are exclusive of taxes, and any such taxes, whether direct or indirect, will be applied to any costs linked with the items you purchase. You must pay any indirect taxes that Sanabel Marketing Limited is obligated to collect under the laws of your state or country of residence. If Sanabel Marketing Limited or you are compelled to collect or remit direct or indirect taxes, you may be required to self-assess them under the laws of your own country.
- The word “non-transferable” means that you may not sell, rent, load, give, sublicense, or otherwise transmit Content or the right to use Content to anyone, unless as specifically indicated in these TOS. You may, however, make a one-time transfer of Content to a third party only for the purpose of having that third party print and/or manufacture your goods including Content in compliance with the terms and limitations outlined below. If you become aware that any social media website is using any Content in a way that breaches the terms of your license under this agreement, you undertake to delete any derivative works containing Content from such Social Media Site and promptly inform Sanabel Marketing Limited of such use.
- Upon notice from Sanabel Marketing Limited or if you learn that any Content is subject to a threatened or actual claim of infringement, violation of another right, or any other claim for which Sanabel Marketing Limited may be liable, or if Sanabel Marketing Limited removes any Content due to perceived business risk as determined in Sanabel Marketing Limited’s reasonable discretion and gives you notice of such removal, you will remove the Content from your computer systems and storage devices (electronic or physical
- If you use any Content in a work product created for or delivered to a client or customer, you undertake to disclose the identities of such clients or customers to Sanabel Marketing Limited upon reasonable request.
- 1.Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this TOS, or its breach, shall be settled by binding individual (not class) arbitration administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association or the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in effect on the date of the commencement of arbitration, rather than in court, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Arbitration will take place in the state and county of New York. The language of the arbitration will be English.
 The parties must mutually agree on one adjudicator. Each party will pay their expenses in the arbitration. The following claims are exceptions to the Arbitration Agreement and will be brought in a judicial procedure before a court with competent jurisdiction: (i) any claim involving the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. (ii) any claim for emergency injunctive relief based on exigent circumstances (e.g., imminent danger or commission of a crime, hacking, cyber-attack). (iii) any claim based solely on the Customer’s claimed failure to pay fees due to Sanabel Marketing Limited. The arbitration clause will survive the termination of these TOS.
- YOU AND Sanabel Marketing Limited AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. Unless you and Sanabel Marketing Limited agree otherwise, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any type of representative or class proceeding. The arbitrator may provide injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party requesting relief, and only to the extent necessary to provide the remedy demanded by that party’s unique claim. - The number of content downloads available to you is determined on the product you purchase. - Sanabel Marketing Limited’s responsibility under any individual license acquired hereunder must not exceed the “Limit of Liability” applicable to the license in force at the time you become aware of the claim, regardless of how many times you license or use the relevant Content.

Subscriptions and purchases made before March 15, 2021, are binding on LSanabel Marketing Limited, Inc., including any future installment payments and automatic renewals, until canceled.
